I own a Dell Dimension E510. I bought it roughly speaking a year ago, just this minute, it begin to cause a whirr commotion, why?

Whirring racket, not hte CD drive, it could possibly be the rock-hard drive, but why?

It's probably the fan that keep your processor cool....easy fix. You could lately try cleaning it.
It could possibly be a cooling fan going bleak. They do wear out eventually. I find I can prolong their life a short time by peeling up the sticker and putting a drop or two of 3-in-1 grease on the bearings.
if it is inside the crust, and not near the power supply, it could be the cpu adherent...I would check cpu fan and power supply.
Contact yor Vendor and chk the thorny drive. it could be because of Bad sectors on yor HDD. Also do it asap . yor HDD might come to nothing very soon , so earlier you loose any data obtain it chckd.
