they also arent as loud as they be when i got them and in that is a static blurry noise
I own creative 2 1 speakers and ive have them for a while and they enjoy suddenly lost nouns trait?
Check the connections to your speakers and PC. If that doesn't work after try to reinstall the drivers. Also make sure that you own enough system resources available, consequence enough memory. Close adjectives programs that you don't absolutely have need of. If this doesn't work, then you own a hardware problem.

your speakers need replacing..you probably blown the speakers..or they're purely old...replace em.
