Basically it say I still have merely 9 % space left on c drive? I don't deduce as I hardly own any programs running on my computer. Please help.

Many folks say they own nothink on their drive... but if its full it means you own got to frequent films/music or software on your computer..
You have most predictable got loads of films on your computer that why its maxim you have low disc space, a moment ago remove a few films/programs/games from your computer and it should work.
Silly question, hold you tried scanning for virus and malware that could be taking up space? How big is your hard drive anyway?
