There is one folder on it that looks approaching there is zilch in anymore but I'm sure at hand was formerly the malfunction. Is at hand a way to retrieve the info? All the rest is okay except this folder. It say 0 byte used but in my total for the disk I see at hand is some space still allocated for that folder (since it was resembling 10G big)

I own a SATA to USB external HDD, it wasn't agreed lately but presently it is okay.?
the hardrive itself could have malfuntiond but if you remember the report names do a computer serch and they should pop up. the first time it wont work. but consequently it should give you an choice to serch hiden files and then it should work.
