i afterwards load the laptop, and the disk i inserted with window runs. however, at the end of the setup, it say that i need to install the hardrive. can someone abet me??
I own inserted a clean hardrive and removed the mature one??
Do you have the hot drive set as master ? Look on the back of the drive subsequent to where the settle cable goes surrounded by theres about 6-8 pins one set of pins have a small plastic jumper on it. look over the drive for a schematic it will tell you which pins to put the pullover on for master. Put it back surrounded by then boot into bios and find the account of drives. on primary click auto detect. leave bios and rescue. It will then see the drive.
