I own a cross-question inscribe by the Monitor device. I uninstall Windows Vista Home install Windows XP on a HP dv9220

I brought a HP laptop dv9220, I uninstall Windows Vista because my software be not compatible with Vista. I install Windows XP Pro and be able to find most of the drivers. I still hold a question carve by the Other devices,Monitor device, and PCI device, SM Bus Controller and by USB device is not working. Please if someone can assistance I will be so thankful.

Download the chipset driver for the computer, it should be available on the HP website.
Re-install the motherboard drivers for your PC, afterwards, check the Monitor Manufacturer's website for the latest drivers.
If your computer have an AMD CPU, and Viatech USB Host Controllers; changing the USB Host Controller drivers to standard or generic drivers, may work.
