Normally the graphics card is actually constituent of the motherboard and it is not possible to translate it
I don't think you can as I enjoy a similar spec Fujitsu laptop.
Have you upgraded the RAM ? as that will give some improvements.
Not minus ripping the system half to bits, which is highly difficult for even the most experienced of technicians.
