Do you enjoy the data sheet for it? If you do, afterwards you can simply find another flash memory with one and the same pinout, or you could create an adapter to handle the pin differences as all right.
Or, you could simply ask the supplier for a data sheet since they'll probably hold it, even if they no longer carry that cut.
