I enjoy a huge problem next to my rca mp3 player?

Ok here is my problem First my rca mp3 player is suppost to be removable disk (E:) but in a minute it is showing it is removable disk (D:) which is supposed to be my cd-drive now my cd-drive dosen't work at adjectives it dosen't show up in my computer it can't read or play disks at adjectives. now my rca mp3 player will not consent to me put music in at adjectives when i try to it says Cannot copy rock-Defult-The memory will never die cannot find the specified database. Make sure you specify the correct path and filename i tried to put other music surrounded by and it shows the same i own reformmated, reinstalled, i also called them and they sayed everything that i did already



I NEED THIS FIXED REALLY SOON BECAUSE I AM GETTING REALLY REALLY MAD

You can check if your cd drive is hooked up in your computer properly.
