You Stop Code 222 appears to be wrong....check it again.
P4's run really hot, was it a fry issue. Pull the power and let it sit for at lowest 15 minutes. Then, use a boot disk if you have one. If you can gain into BIOS make sure boot disks are specified as the cd drive.
