I enjoy a problem near a PC beside win 98 . I involve to install drivers don't own ROM or Internet what too do?

I entail too be able to stockpile some info and pictures from this PC before I upgrade it and I can't cd rom's have no drivers in the workstation anymore I have no thought what happend to them I tried to put a ethernet card in to assedd the network card has no drivers so it wont work I can't find drivers for the cd rom's microsoft and rom company says driver is contained by windows so they don't own one for it I am going crazy help Oh yes and can't use flash eather can't install driver also don't hold another 98 to usb network it near if that would even work
